Being a shift worker certainly has it's advantages .......it allows me to do the things that I really like to do. I enjoy travelling during the long Canadian winters and going to such places as Acapulco, Mazatlan, Puerto Vallarta and Cancun. I've also spent time in the Caribbean but the place where I hang out the most is Depoe Bay, Oregon. The Oregon Coast is a really beautiful area and I go there as many times a year as I can.
Some of my other interests are reading, camping, fishing, cooking and homelife. I also like to enjoy the luxury of a nice resort or cruise where I can get a chance to wear a dress, which is a rare occasion. I also consider myself an armchair sports nut and I'm a big fan of football and hockey.
I got on the Internet about two years ago and I've been having a great time. I didn't start doing my own web pages until April/96 and things have certainly grown since the first few months. I've got web pages over three different servers and almost all of them are graphics related. I was invited to join the World Kids Network with my kids pages and that's been a lot of fun. I help the kids with their web sites and I also offer an award just for them for doing their own pages. I also have Ace of Space Backgrounds, Bordertown and now The Neon Zone too. Phew!
My dream is like a lot of others in that I'd like to be able to do computer related work on a full time basis from my home. I have all these ideas and now I'm looking for a fifty hour day.
I guess as personal as I'm going to get here is to tell you that yes, I am single.....which is probably a good thing when you consider how much time I spend at the computer. I've really enjoyed creating these web pages and I know that I'll be fiddling with them and updating the information on a regular basis. With that and writing to numerous email pals, it's a good thing I get so many days off. See ya on the Net!
